Zapier

I use Zapier in my role at The EASE Association. It's one of the integration layers between GoHighLevel and the other tools a business runs on, including JobNimbus and HailTrace.

The public example is anonymised: CRM automation for roofing and storm-restoration contractors, which connects a GoHighLevel CRM to roofing-industry tools so leads, jobs and follow-ups stay in one place.

Most of what Zapier has taught me is about debugging. When a contact record changes unexpectedly, Zapier is only one of several things that could have written to it. Forms, workflows, n8n, direct API calls and staff editing by hand can all do the same. So I don't start by opening every zap. I start from one affected record's change history in GoHighLevel and follow whatever actually wrote to it.
